ABOUT US
Our warehouse event space spans over 8400 sq ft and can accommodate up to 300 guests, we have a beautiful deck at the back of the warehouse that provides a picturesque view of the train tracks. Our venue comes equipped with 6 smart television units including an overhead projector, as well as a versatile audio system suitable for any of entertainment. We have the capability to serve any number of guests, despite being a non-alcoholic venue. When you rent our space, you have freedom to serve alcohol to your guests at no extra charge. We have three stages available, and our bar and stages can be customized to your liking.

COST
From January1 to February 28, we have a special offer for event rentals. You can book our inside space for a discounted price of $1700. Please noted that this offer only includes the rental of the space itself, and decorations are not included in the price
Our event space rental policy requires a minimum booking of 4 hours for each event. The hourly rate for the rental is $450.
